Quick ways to stop the spiral and restart your momentum right now.

Hey hey
November is here, and for many of you, a few weeks into this journey, the wobble has arrived. So, let me reassure you: you’re not alone.
Many of you have been in touch this week sharing that, whether due to illness, school holidays, or house guests, your routines have slipped and you’re in need of a reset.
I’m right there with you. After having a friend to stay and enjoying some late nights, slow mornings, time away from work, and swapping workouts for gentle strolls, I definitely feel the pull to return to the habits that keep me well and energised, ready to finish 2025 with clarity, confidence, and positive momentum.
This 12-week journey is about creating sustainable shifts that support your growth, so you can close out 2025 feeling empowered, energised, and ready to embrace the new year ahead.
You’ve also asked for some specific tools to help you get back on track: practical steps you can take right now to soothe the butterflies and reignite your positive energy.

Anchoring back into your healthy routines after a time of disruption can feel grounding and restorative. Savour that feeling of returning to what you know truly nourishes you and what is moving you toward the life and the version of you that you want to embody.
