Have You Lost Your Libido for Life?

Love your relationship with life itself - how to live in the magic

Oh hi! It’s you! So glad you’re here.

Have you lost your libido for life?
I am talking about your appetite for living itself.
Your spark. Your curiosity. Your capacity and willingness to lean into delight.

We’re now well into January, and while the year didn’t arrive with fireworks for everyone, something subtle has been stirring this past week. After months of shedding, feeling (everything!), recovering (again and again…), there’s a new quality in the air. A loosening and an openness to receive.

From this grounded place of restoration, momentum builds from presence. From remembering what makes you feel alive, rather than just functional.

Joy is a Compass, Not a Distraction

So often, especially in coaching spaces, we talk about goals and habits and timelines. But here’s a truth that I’ve felt in my bones lately: Joy isn’t a reward for getting it right or reaching your goals, no matter how meaningful or impressive they may be. Joy itself is data, it’s guidance. It shows us what wants to move through us. It tells us what wants to grow at every step along the pathway and what is meant to be shared with others.

Your body knows this too.

When you feel that spark of excitement, that buzziness of aliveness in your chest, your gut, your skin, that’s creative energy moving through you. That’s your libido for life.

I live on spiritual and creative energy.
