Clear the Path First: Make It Easy to Start

And we’re off… Choose your start date and put Week One in motion!

The wheels are starting to turn…

You’ve set up your 12-week plan; no waiting, no holding back. Just purposeful action, one steady step at a time. ✨

Once you’ve chosen your start date; whether that’s today, this weekend, or Monday And don’t worry if you’re not starting today, you still have plenty of space. There are 92 whole days left in 2025… 😉

Use this moment to get clear, grounded, and gently prepared for what’s ahead.

This is the perfect window to look ahead and gently remove any barriers.

Ask yourself:

  • Can I get my desk area set up?

  • Lay out my workout gear in advance?

  • Sharpen my pencils or make sure that new journal or notepad is ready?

  • Is my weekly food shop ordered and scheduled?

  • Do I have the correct software installed?

  • Have I chosen the space/location I will do this activity?

Anything you can do now to reduce resistance is a gift to your future self. Lower the threshold. Make it easy to begin.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
