You've Got This (But You Don’t Have to Do It Alone)

When to share, when to ask for help, and how to know who’s really in your corner.

We don’t need to do everything alone.

We were never meant to.

Jay Shetty

Hello there ,

Whether you’ve been journeying with us since Week 1 or you’re just stepping into this space now, you’re very welcome and you‘re not alone!

So many of you have shared that you’re wanting something new, standing at the cusp of change, committed to your vision and ready to move ! And yet, you’re noticing an unpleasant feeling of pressure creep in at the moment which feels like you’re being swept up in a tide which may just throw you around in the waves and then deposit you in 2026 feeling utterly exhausted! 🫣

Why “now” can feel hard (and what you can do about it):

  • As the tail end of the year draws near, there’s a hidden weight: family and friend gatherings, travel, disrupted routines, less sleep and more demands on our time.

  • We are human. Our energy dips, our inner‑critic stirs, and we want cosy socks and to hibernate.

  • It can feel tempting to set your plans aside and say: “I’ll come back to this in January.”

But here’s a truth: waiting gives permission to stay stuck. By January, fatigue may have piled up, doubts settled in and you might be further from your goal than you are now.

Instead, let’s see these last few weeks as fertile ground.
Plant seeds now and water them. You may see nothing above the soil but they’ll be creating their magic under the surface so that when next year arrives you see the shoots appear.

Today I lay out how to identify those you can go to for support, when to share your plans, and what kind of backing really helps you move forward.

You don’t have to do it alone (and there’s no medal for doing that btw)
