Check-In No 1✨ What's Working? What Needs Changing?
Make the edits to your schedule and plan so that you can continue with renewed ease and confidence!

Hey there
Small consistent actions build trust in yourself.
One week in…how’s it going?
You’ve just started this journey, so this is a good time to pause, reflect and refine. Whether you’ve been moving steadily forward or had a few wobbles, you’ve started. That alone is something to honour and celebrate. 💫
If you’re just joining this journey, you’re not late, you’re right on time.
You may wish to revisit these earlier letters to get up to speed:
Ask yourself:
What went well this week?
Where did I feel resistance or lose momentum?
What small refinements can I make to support next week going even better?
What Others Are Trying
I’ve had some beautiful messages from you over on Instagram, and I can share a few (with permission) in case they spark something useful for you too:
“I’ve started packing my lunch bag the night before; adding my jars or tupperware, cutlery, napkin, and even a little keep-cup of tea. I leave a handwritten note in there each day too, a tiny message to myself. It feels like a ritual now, and I actually look forward to my lunch. Today’s was ‘Day 4 - you are already doing it!”
“Prepping in bulk has been a total game-changer. I make four days’ worth of overnight oats with fruit, and a big pot of my favourite curry, that’s a few meals and snacks sorted! I prefer a savoury breakfast, so I’ve been rotating between avocado, beans, or tofu scramble on toast. Any of these, plus a cuppa, and I’m good to go. The kids love joining in too, they make their own little ‘jar puddings’ to take to after-school club (as long as they get to stir in a spoonful of cocoa powder, of course! 😉)”
“I realised I was picking recipes that were too complicated and never had time to make them. So I simplified; fewer ingredients, less faff, still healthy. Now I actually make the meals instead of just pinning it on my Pinterest board!”
“I hated going to the gym in the dark early mornings, so I switched my workouts to midday. It gets me away from my desk, boosts my mood, resets my brain and so I’m actually more productive in the afternoon now too.”
“Working from home was wearing me down, I’d get distracted and sluggish. I’ve started using a co-working space twice a week and it’s been such a shift. More focus, more energy, more joy.”
Thank you so much for this feedback and for allowing me to use them to help others - I really appreciate you reaching out to share!
